Walt leads the Knoxville division of LBMC Staffing Solutions that was recently recognized as #1 in Cityview Magazine’s Best of the Best 2018 in the Head Hunter/Recruiter category. His specialties include retained executive-level search engagements and direct-hire contingency searches in finance, operations, and HR. Many of Walt’s placed candidates have remained with the same company for 10-15 years or more in key managerial and executive roles.
His 20+ year career began in “Big 6” public accounting and includes more than 10 years of recruiting experience with international and regional specialty staffing firms, as well as sales experience with an industry-leading Fortune 500 company.
